The Hockeyroos have begun their World Cup campaign in the best possible way, defeating a determined Japan 2-1 in their first game and crowd favourite India 6-3 in their second.
Hockeyroo, Casey Eastham, takes confidence from their current undefeated status but remains focused on the challenges ahead "Obviously it's great to get the first two wins. We have some hard matches coming up so winning these games helps and gives us more confidence throughout the rest of the tournament," said Eastham.
The Hockeyroos next game is on Saturday 4 September at 6.30 am EST. It will be shown LIVE on Fox Sports 3 or for those that don't have foxtel, the match will also be streamed LIVE and for FREE through this website www.laola1.tv/ |
