PRESEASON -- Starting next Wednesday 9th Feb, 7pm - 8pm (we'll to stretch out to 8:30 eventually as we toughen up) Wesley Glen Waverley, on the paddock in front of the senior college: strength, fitness, skills... Lead by Kes Then Mondays, 7pm Duncan McKinnon Reserve 7 - 8pm starting Monday 14th Feb Speed & fitness... Lead by Gonz For those that are really keen, Sundays, 7:30am Cnr Inkerman and Hotham Rd, Road Bike Required (wooly has a couple of spares if you want to join in) |
